Guaranteed Quit Smoking Program

Smoking cigarettes is the main cause for incurable sicknesses such as: heart, lung, blood vessels, diseases, stroke, cancer, etc. Even passive smoking is dangerous and could increase the chances of illness by 45%. Can you stop smoking? Are you doomed to continue with this life-risking habit? You can stop smoking, and it is easier than you think.

Smoking is, in other words, poising your body. The toxic tobacco reaches the body's cells and cause irreversible damage in the long run. The damages are noticed only after years, and this fact cause smokers to discard the fact that it is risking his health.

The average smoker thinks that it will never happen to him, its just statistic numbers, I will make it. Then, after a few years every smoker starts to suffer from smoke damages such as: cough, weakness, short-breath, and pains. Not to mention much worse diseases. 90% of the smokers, over 40, wish they could stop smoking now, or at least reduce the daily amount of cigarettes they consume.

So, for those of you who wish they could quit smoking:
1. Be determined that you really want to stop smoking.
2. Write a benefit list for you and your family as a result of you quitting smoking.
3. Make public announcement of your decision to stop smoking today.
4. Create cigarette free environment, at work and at home.
5. Remove all smoking related objects such as: ashtrays, lighters, etc.
6. Start moderate daily physical activity.
7. Collect the money you used to spend on cigarettes and spoil your self with it.
8. Wash all the clothes from cigarettes smell.
9. Put some flowers in your house and enjoy their smell.
10. Start to enjoy the taste of food.
11. Whitening your teeth and try to keep that look.
12. Try to avoid smokers for the first month.
13. Find something you could hold and play with instead of your cigarette.
14. When ever you want to smoke take chewing gum
15. Drink a lot it will speed the process of poison cleaning.
16. Set a date to stop smoking, keep smoking up to that day and then stop.
17. Do not feel as though you are giving something up, it is the other way around, you are gaining your life back.
18. No pains are involve. Physically, quit smoking is painless.
19. If smoking is related to some other activity such as drinking coffee, think that now you can better enjoy it with out the stinky smoke.
20. After the first month do not avoid smokers, blend in make sure you are strong enough to continue.
21. Pity smokers who hurt their health.
22. If someone offers you a cigarette simply say no and move on.
23. Do not take even one, the number tends to grow.
24. Do not use nicotine substitutes, you do not need it. Break the circle of addiction.
25. When you light your last cigarette swear that it’s the last one and make a promise to yourself.
26. When you really crave for a cigarette, think if you really need it or can you manage without it.
27. And last but certainly not least, give yourself some credit for going through this process and enjoy a cleaner healthier way of life.
