The Incredible Power of Your Desire

95% of all diets fail. This is a fact supported by a research. We all tend to believe that we all want to be fit. Isn’t it? I guess so. But just wanting something isn’t enough to acquire it.

If you really want to get what you want you need to have a burning desire for that particular thing. It can be your body. It can be your wealth. It can be anything in life.

Wishing by itself won’t bring you what you want. But desiring with a state of mind that becomes an obsession, and with a good plan as I give you, will bring you what ever you want.

6 Steps to Get You on a Burning Desire:

Fix in your mind the exact target you wish to achieve. For example, if you’re overweight, set a body fat percentage, let’s say 18%. It’s not enough to say you want to be fit.

Decide exactly what you are going to give for that. There isn’t “something for nothing”. For example, decide that you wake up one hour early or give up one hour of TV to workout

Set up a date when you want to achieve this specific target (3 months, 6 months etc.)

Create a plan to execute your desire. Following a program is a great way to execute desires because you’re following a success of people that have done it before.

Write down your target, the time and your plan. Read your statement loudly first thing in the morning and last thing before going to bed. When you read it feel and believe yourself already fit, healthy, young and energetic. I still keep reading my personal plan to achieve a target body fat lower than 10%.
